Ken Kraft is vice president of marketing for Cox Business, Cox Communications’ $1 billion division that provides video, voice and data telecommunications services to businesses. Kraft is responsible for the overall creation and implementation of marketing strategies to further accelerate top line revenue growth within Cox Business.
He serves as a senior member of the Cox Business and Cox marketing leadership teams and closely aligns with Cox Business sales, product development and management and brand organizations.
A 24-year telecommunications industry veteran, Kraft most recently served as executive director of channel marketing for the mid-markets business division at AT&T. In this role, Kraft led all wireline and mobility marketing campaigns and programs driving retention, acquisition and penetration, including the design and launch of a new “acquisition” sales channel.
Prior to the AT&T acquisition, Kraft held several senior leadership roles at BellSouth, in the company’s small business marketing, large business marketing, data product marketing and IP product management organizations. He began his telecom career at Sprint, where he held a variety of marketing and sales leadership roles.
